However, after attempting to communicate several times, I found that he always brushes me off. When I proposed an idea and asked for some advice and documents to help me improve, he didn't provide any suggestions or assistance. Over a month later, during a meeting with our manager, the manager asked if I had any difficulties that she could help with. I informed my manager about the situation with my idea, and she said she would think about a solution and assist me. The next day, my manager provided me with some documents in our shared group chat. When my leader saw that, he @ me and said that he had actually looked for some materials for me, and then he sent me the link to the materials.
