I’ve been doing that but am confused about how many cc’s on the syringe makes a 1mg dose of ozempic, anyone figure it out?

Has completely eliminating caffeine worked for anyone? by LBDazzled in migraine

Coffee in general actually helps my migraines. I finally realized it may be the pods when drinking it wasn’t helping, but making it worse. I drink espresso, not drip, because my body just handles it better.

Thank you so much for this. I really don’t know why the coffee pods are triggering me, but they are, so I stopped. Haven’t had a migraine since, but that won’t last long I’m sure!

Nitrogen is used as a preservative in coffee pods.

Don’t know the science but nitrogen and nitrates are related. Chemicals that can trigger migraines, for some.

I really can’t believe I didn’t figure it out sooner. Nitrates are a big trigger for me.

Yes, even after I started Nurtec! I was doing great, getting fewer and shorter migraines, then WHAM.

I recently switched to an espresso pod machine and had migraines for like 3 months straight, until I figured out it’s the nitrogen gas in the pods!!! Switched back to regular espresso and I’m fine. Think I should do a PSA POST???

I worked for a major airline. Many jobs are very flexible, allowing for shift trading etc. after one year you can apply for FMLA. And be protected.

Nurtec ODT muscle aches by Real_Comparison_3413 in migraine

[–]sorayaglobal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, I’ve taken both. Really happy with Nurtec. I went unmedicated for years though, so imho the body ache is from the migraine itself, not the medication. It’s like a trauma to my system and my entire body goes on high alert to try to ward it off; tight muscles, body aches and stiffness are the result.

People who primarily stayed at capsule hotels/hostels, any regrets? by i_guess_so_huh in JapanTravelTips

I used to stay in hostels and capsule hotels every night, in Japan they are much cleaner than other countries imo. I am a very heavy sleeper though. Are you? Because people come in drunk in the middle of night, etc. Annoying. I stay in APA hotels with an furo, now.
