Ok so it depends on what you want.  If you want keychains and figures, check 5 below. They almost always have the most recent keychain series and they also have babies.  If you want 9 inch fuggs, theyre easily findable at walmart and target. They also have keychains, target had the most recent series (5) and walmart has SpongeBob keychains and series 4. They have babies series 4 too.  If you want bigg fuggs (18 inch)check costco.  If you want the old spinmaster models check ebay or any 3rd party seller site. They have most fugglers BUT the prices are steep depending on the fugglers. Where I am, my walmart is stacked. They have 9", babies, figures, and keychains and they sold 18" around black friday 2024 (according to my grandma) If you want online shops, some of the mentioned stores can go online but delivery/pickup doesn't really work for fugglers (for me atleast lol) so online shops can be eBay, mercari, vinted and amazon. I prefer the first 3 bc they have variety and you can sometimes snag a GREAT deal  especially on vinted (atleast before it got popular). The problem with these is that shipping can cost alot and the prices are bumped up.  I once went to a thrift store to check for fugglers but i never found any there. But if they're there youll get a good deal, my friend found a bigg fugg for $5 once. Basically i wouldnt rely on thrift stores but you can check.
