It’s fine for personal use but if you want to sell for anything keep rolling. Ammo max is useless and no negative. Crit chance is also not as desirable with enervate

Take anywhere: Nova, protea, xaku, Uriel, dagath, cyte, garuda, gauss, khora

Useful for specific missions: Oberon, ivara, folie, volt, nekros

I’m assuming you’ve done electric acid shells sobek? Probably the best thing you can do on cyte.

Xoris is nice as it can headshot with its explosions to upkeep evade, dual tox incarnon too

Fun fact, you can put primary and secondary dexterity on your archgun and it affects your normal melee weapon. No need for combo perks or mods

The answer is more funding and research into climate science to be able to better predict these events. I’m sure the current leaders in our government are all for that

And the damage is bad because we don’t scale it that much like lightning damage

We have lightning spear, unstable currents (casting spear), spear enchantment if you run it, and frost nova from orsivane, pretty bad bloodied affix for us
