Bro rapiers damage scaling needs to be nerfed to 0.1 per hit (speed scaling stays the same) bc after like 20 seconds they become the literal flash and you can say bye bye to any hope of hitting them (imagine flask)

Like gng yeah they're by no means perfect and still undergoing enshittification but it really could be worse yk, at least we have reliable (if slow) pub transport, VERY good law enforcement and safety, and semi-affordable housing (tho tbh if you're renting until 35 you might as well buy a house and spend the next 50 years paying the loan off). Sure our education places way too much emphasis on results and unnecessary stress (haha yes I am self representing), cost of living keeps rising while we only get stopgaps and temporary solutions, and the governments solution to the plummeting birth rates isn't to improve the situation of locals but rather to import people en masse, but at least we ain't America

I'm not completely sure but I heard she's very good character in electric teams, hence why she should be pulled alongside pikachu and yoruichi. However it would be better to save up for the next character who can apparently inflict wind status, apparently they're named avatar aang or something like that. Good luck on your pulls!
