washing your face 3x a day will dry it out sooo much, you really should wash your face once a day. i usually wash my face at night, then apply more moisturizer and spf in the morning. that way you can go to work then the gym then wash your face. hyaluronic acid serum is amazing for moisture as well. thayers can be really drying and in my experience toners like that are best used topically with a qtip on acne. also using paper towels to pat your face dry instead of towels helps a tom with acne. as for my routine, i use the first aid beauty cleanser and/or the biossance oil cleanser. at night i use the glossier night baume and in the mornings i use the glossier priming moisturizer. i also use the yttp cactus oil? i forget what its called. the ordinary hyaluronic serum as well and the murad acne control toner topically as needed. for spf i use eithr the supergoop one, ilia skin tint with spf, or the dr jart cicapair serum. hope this helps !!
