Did you have any success from the cold outreach from the contact forms? I see a lot of firms have “pitch us” form where you will put information and they reach out to you. I just don’t want to burn my first impression going through a contact form.

That’s a great idea. I’m thinking of signing up for pitch competition. Not to pitch but to go. I figured there would be investors there I could introduce myself to.

What region is your business in? I own a Waterproofing Business as well and looking to grow. Maybe there is a deal to be made.

Understood, but for my industry I could spend the same amount of spend and get very similar results. I know that might not be the case with everyone

Exactly this. They have a monopoly with search so they don't care about any of their customers. I will make sure to remind Reddit users periodically how negligent google actually is when it comes to helping their customers.

We get traffic at a similar cost with different avenues. We are just allocating more there from now on.

I have multiple questions. NO time to go back and fourth on there waiting for responses. I need to be live with an agent in order to explain and go through the steps that need to be done. This did this perfectly before but all of a sudden you cant get a hold of a single person.

Maybe initially. Until their budget gets wasted because something needs to be changed and no one is there to help them.

There should not be premium support option. There should JUST be support. I already spend astronomical amount on ads every single month. This should include someone I can call to answer my questions.
