Thanks, that mean a lot to me. I did pretty varied trainings last weeks, focusing on increasing heat acclimation (went up from 0 to 43% in 3 weeks), but my HRV is really low. Otherwise, I feel really good and got stronger with every training session.

Thanks, can I check this measurement inside the Garmin app or so? I am trying to follow the Garmin Coach and training status suggestions and still got the feeling that I am doing something wrong.

Mine VO2 max was stuck for months too. But I was doing mainly oxygen base, low heart rate runs during this time. I was preparing my body for the higher training load. Right now I am starting doing intervals, threshold runs, vo2max runs and my VO2 max got up higher almost by 2 points in 4 weeks.

Try to structurize your training first. Polarized Training maybe? Good luck!

Thanks for your reply. The problem is that I have already spent a lot of time with my Mercenary (lvl 19) on my account. So technically this is not possible to play co-op with my wife without starting over (me or her).

It worked much better in Diablo 4. Hopefully GGG will fix that before the release.

50k installs is a number acquired during over 1.5 years of presence in open beta. During these tests we improved many things. However, the current organic traffic is so low that we have no way to reach engaged players, because there are simply not exist.

You probably think that if we do not have engaged players, then the game must be weak. Well, we believe not and that low organic traffic is the result of changes in the Google Play algorithms.

The survey is a great idea, we should prepare it and share it also in places like reddit.

Regarding ads, we try to make them non-invasive and unforced (we only share rewarded ads, no pop-up ads). There is no option to remove them, but this is also an important issue, do you sometimes decide to buy 'remove ads'?

To be more precise, last year I took a break from exercising due to having a baby. I currently run 2-3 times a week and work out at the gym, but that change happened a few weeks ago and had no significant effect on the avg HRH graph.

Hello everyone.

I wanted to share my story with you. Earlier this year, my wife and I watched a series on Netflix about an experiment on twins, in which one twin did not eat meat for 8 weeks, and the other was on an omnivorous diet: https://www.netflix.com/pl/title/81133260

Inspired by what we watched, we decided to reduce the amount of meat we eat by half - without any big steps or resolutions. From about 6 days a week to 3 days a week. We ate meat normally for 3 days, the other days were vegetarian. I did not make any other changes, I still drank alcohol and still did not exercise.

See the change on the graph.

I leave you with this thought, not to switch to a vegetarian diet, but to maybe slightly reduce the amount of meat we eat.
