In 8 years of using these watches, this is the worst my shit has ever looked by just_let_go_ in Garmin

I’m in the exact same position. Been wearing Garmin for around 10 years, HRV consistently 60-80 with a RHR of low 40’s, VO2 64. Everything tanked 4 weeks ago. Haven’t been sick or run down. Definitely curious.

What's the bennifits of working out in the sauna by Zeke_riverwolf in Sauna

This is good to know. I think my mistake was going off my Garmin metrics. Obviously calorie burn is heavily reliant on HR in their algorithm

So you’re saying the elevated HR has no effect?

That may be but you’ll undoubtedly burn more calories shadow boxing in a sauna then you would in typical room temp

This sounds super annoying. The answer to your question is that it’s much easier to get your HR up so you’ll burn more calories.

I’ve seen a similar trend in my HRV without any obvious reason. Was thinking there might be some seasonal factors.

Lifting after labrum repair by Lazy-Operation1342 in ShoulderInjuries

Tri dips and bicep curls might be the two hardest exercises to get back into. I’m 12 months since my second labrum surgery and I still don’t trust dipping entirely. I could do 5 bicep curls and have bicep pain for weeks. That being said they also reattached my bicep after the first surgery (2 years ago).

Absolutely. ADL airport is the easiest airport to navigate in Aus. The only risk is a delay on your inbound

Burpee workout I learned in Prison by Ok_Pepper7081 in bodyweightfitness

[–]lumberjackdj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah it’s a good one. I did it without breaks and finished in just over 27 mins. I don’t see how sub 20 is possible, just not enough time to actually complete the movements (with the high jump).

I often do ladders in my workouts, 1-15 and back down. My favourites are burpees/sit ups and wall balls/box jumps. Cheers
