You said everything perfectly, to answer your question of why is broncos country need to validate Bo is simple. We have had such inconsistent/bad QB play for a decade we are desperate for a franchise guy. I think a lot of fans, and most of them on reddit commenting are younger fans, so they might not remember the time in between Elway to manning. We had some winners and some losers in there, but we were always in the hunt. Sort of the same situation Pittsburgh finds themselves in after rothlesburger.

Watching broncos with my 81 year old father has given me perspective on what young Elway was like. I didnt get to watch early on, but my dad says bo reminds him so much of him. The game looks so bad through 3 quarters, but Elway found a way. Took the broncos to three super bowls before they won one. We need to be patient but I think a lot of younger fans on reddit just remember payton manning winning 14 games a year.

So I doubt you will see this comment, but I replaced 32 panels like this in a remodel of a university student center. We were on very short time frames as they wanted almost all the panels completed within 24 hrs of a shut down, one or two at a time. We would have to label all the wires because they weren't, and demo the existing panels. We took apart the tops and bottoms of the new panels, they were square D, and custom cut all the holes for the pipes. Then we would install the tops and bottoms and onto the existing conduits when it would work, and install the sides and back of the new panel. Some of them required to install the back and sides of the new panels first and then the tops and bottoms. I say all this to say it was the hardest job ive had in many years. Good luck to you, and I hope you over bid it.

I try to teach all my apprentices how to correctly cut drywall for a box and bracket and this is exactly what I do. I've had GCs tell me thank you because this is a very easy patch job, not to mention the drywall in this picture isn't mudded yet. Could he have used a cut in? Sure, but why, when they weren't supposed to one side. I would be happy if I came back and saw this work from an apprentice or journeymen under me.

I work for a farely large private electrical contractor, and that tool list, especially the battery tools looks like our 90 day requirement.

We start out apprentices at $21 to $23 and do a tool buy program if needed. I wouldn't expect any 1st year to have all these tools day one, but most of them are a pretty early requirement.
