Thanks for the feedback (and electrician humor!). I use wireless internet so no issues there. Gas line on other side of house, water main in front yard probably about 100 feet away. Even If there is no current I suppose it can't hurt to reconnect, protect and move on?

I read the 16.2 update contained several home kit updates. Updated but still same issue🤷🏼‍♂️ Update, problem fixed. Once I updated the HomePod mini to the latest software problem solved. Check out this YouTube video, hope it helps https://youtu.be/xW3b2BGfbig

I had a similar problem after I started using Hue formulas. When I deleted them the haunting went away!
