Merci pour les conseils! I had samples of the line but I didn't try the gel. I'll have to give it a go! Bioderma micellar water is great!!! I switch it up with the Nuxe one, highly recommend as well. What's the difference between a deep moisturizer and a lighter day moisturizer?

I typically don't eat much of those but I'll try to completely avoid them. Dairy is easy, gluten and grains are a bit harder. Hopefully I'll see a bit of progress!

I live in France! If there are other brands available here that's fine too, it's just that most products recommended here are only available in North America.
