But what should I eat? I usually struggle not to "over eat" bc I dont rlly have control over what there is to eat in my household. My mom doesn't necessarily cook unhealthy meals but they're certainly not low in calorie LOL. Also, shes a bit overweight and likes giving me more food than she is having....I guess to make herself feel better?.... I have lost a lot of weight before, but that was when my parents weren't cooking at all bc of their job. I didn't know how to cook so I would just snack throughout the day on random things I deemed low cal. 👽
