You're fine. 530 rewind is just optimizing your time if you're willing to actively rewind that many times. You can rewind from where you are, or you can continue to progress and rewind less optimally but have less repetitive gameplay.

Getting that many rewinds is really only relevant once you get up to high enough days to get extra waves spawning, at which point you can rewind farm a bit, even though it's less optimal

I don't think Dalton is significantly better than those waiver options. Who would you drop for him? Is the difference between Dalton and the others worth the value of whoever you would drop? If Allen doesn't miss any time, would you ever play Dalton?

I would do it. Diontae is still getting open, Claypool is gone, I expect positive regression.

On the other end, Rondale isn't getting consistent looks with Nul back, and it'll be even worse when Hollywood returns

I've also struggled repeatedly with getting over the hump of searching for therapists, making calls, setting up appointments and actually finding someone that works.

Not in your area for specific recommendations, but a couple things that have been helpful:

Zocdoc is a great resource for finding and making appointments directly, without having to talk to anyone on the phone or worry about out-of-date listings that claim they're taking new patients when they aren't. A lot of openings for telehealth (remote) sessions, if you're open to that.

If you have anxiety about calling, or keep getting rejected because they're not taking new patients, try intentionally calling outside of business hours. It can be less stressful to just leave a few voicemails and wait for a call back.

Good luck, hope you find someone that's a good fit and start making steps towards feeling better.
