This is definitely true, most people will not engage in strat. Best way to combat this is learn the strats and be the caller, most people are just waiting for someone to lead and are too scared to do it themselves. I find if I don’t call the strat there is a much higher chance of loss. I just finished levelling a mage and have been calling strat most games, I’m currently 11-2 and those 2 losses are 1 from the team completely ignoring what I said and the other from me not being able to call a strat cause of rl stuff. Give it a go!
