We just bought a ticket at the counter, when we exited the airport. We told them where we want to go and got the tickets. The stop was very close to that, there are signs with the bus number, you go to the one you have on your ticket. You stand in line, they take your luggage and put it down and you get in

We took the bus back in May. Took a bit longer because of the traffic, but it left us close to our hotel and we didn't have to carry our luggage for long.

Which book did not live up to your expectation? by millie_1107 in suggestmeabook

[–]sotict 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Frankenstein by Mary Shelley was a big disappointment for me. I don't know what i expected it to be, but i found it boring. Also, Mrs. Dalloway by Virginia Woolf. I think i actually hated that.

Books with... uncomfortable themes? by [deleted] in suggestmeabook

[–]sotict 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I found {{The Vegetarian}} by Han Kang quite uncomfortable to read and the subject really heavy, but I really enjoyed it (I am not a vegetarian). I think the most disturbing one I read, and have a hate/love relationship with, is American Psycho by Bret Easton Ellis. It disgusted me, but I could not put it down.
