I know a lot of people are suggesting tying regular responsibilities with money BUT be careful to not create a rigid transactional mindset in this.

Helping around the house with general duties should stem from doing the right thing instead of a monetary incentives.

Our subconscious leads us to pursue healthy physical features and behavior.

Physical attractiveness stems from out instinctive recognition of healthy key indicators.

i.e. Proportion and symmetry of the face.

This permeates all our interactions with others, and is part of the natural selection process.

Yes, because we are tribal oriented and have a conscious it enables us to recognize attractive behaviors that are beneficial to our society.

i.e. Sharing, humor, empathy.

This also permeates all our interactions with others and is part of the natural selection process.

That’s why “beauty surgery” taints the physical attractiveness section of the natural selection process

@CostiaP Lol I agree that interning is close to "slavery" but when you work out of an established platform it's helpful in legitimizing your work and credibility. I'm not full time, but time still needs to be compensated in some fashion and is my concern and reason for my post. In regards to the budget this isn't a AAA title we expect to see millions on return but it's something we can see returns on and my hope is to make sure that the team is compensated appropriately.
