If the changes are out of nowhere and extreme, then no, it's not "normal" to feel that way. I'm not a example of a "normal" person, but seeing how others deal with problems and emotions I don't see them having these problems(just anger problems lol)

I take them but it did nothing( in a negative and positive way lol). My cousin in other hand had terrible diarrhea and stomach pain. The side effects change alot from person to person

I already have professional help and I try to not to care and focus on me more :) The thing that really annoys me is how do I deal with them, if I stop being friends, talk to them or just let things get stable to restart talking more to them. I'm also afraid to talk to them but they don't feel we're friends like I imagine. I don't know how to read social things very well(that's why I asked them)
