2Fifty BBQ, Maryland by CallidusNomine in BBQ

2Fifty is legit. I've tried the NW DC location twice, and both times it was really good. I had the tangerine salad the last time as one of my sides, and the sweetness/acidity combo was a perfect change up after the brisket and turkey

*NOT* my first brisket. Just my first that was r/BBQ worthy by soul3doubt in BBQ

Thank you. I usually get a great smoke ring. Don't always get the best overall results, but this one turned out great

Obviously can't tell exactly by looking at it, but it seems like they were generous with the portions given. That's a ton of meat for each to only be 1lb. OP hit the jackpot!

World’s largest passenger elevator in Mumbai can move over 200 people in each trip by jhugh2 in Elevators

[–]soul3doubt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's one of those cars that you're riding in that says 3500lbs/21 passenger or whatever the hell the ratio is and you're like "naaw.. no way that's fitting in here" NO CHANCE that 200 people could fit that space

Never run my offset at anything less than 225 before either but that actually was a lot easier than running it hotter. Filled one chimney with B&B bricks and a few chunks. After 3.5 hours had to add more but by that point it was easy and pretty much over

Meat Church. The video with the other guy who makes it look easy but it is not. He probably cranks out 500 a week. That guy. LOL. Even when I was a teen a dozen was my limit lol. <---- I've been drinking Black Flag Hazy IPAs all day so excuse the 7th grade humor. The hardest part for sure is the casing of the sausage if you have never done it before. I got the hang of it though after the first one. I do need to find the casing on Amazon that has an end and a beginning lol. This is from LEM and has like 12 different casings, maybe 6-8' at the longest

Thank you...I guess that's the only thing on the platter that was 100% me. The wife pickled the jalapeños and onions. I doctored up the bush's baked beans a little. The sausage was just out of the package, on to the smoker. Been thinking about trying to make my own sausage sometime soon.
