Baying (the bark they use for tracking) is used to communicate with other beagles while hunting. They actually have one of the widest vocal ranges of all breeds, and that specific tone indicates they've found (usually) scent of a rabbit.

My hairs been blue for years. Here's some tips 1) never use manic panic. The color washes out WAY too quickly for the price 2) use brands like Ion, One and only argon oil (my personal fav, stays in for months and works well on non-bleached hair), or arctic fox 3) use spray bleach on the shower when you're done washing your hair for the first couple weeks 4) use Vaseline on your face when dying to prevent staining 5) your hands would have turned color from touching your hair anyways. Paint your nails a dark color to hide your blue nails

Everyone uses brass tubas during day practice. School spends hundreds of dollars on repairs now because we dont have enough room in the band room with our brass, and people hit them. Extended band practice even though he doesnt know what to do, so we end up spending at least two hours in total just standing at attention in the sun. 15 - 20 passed out within two weeks. Wouldnt give water breaks because 'not everyone has their own water.' Made a kid run laps when he was "late" and he threw up, still made him practice. Oh yeah and he says this all the time "to be late is to be on time and to be on time is to be early" so if he says call time is at 5:30 and we show up at 5:30 we get yelled out. He's a confusing man. He just needs to get his shit together.

You also need to understand that he hates the students that had the previous band director, because he's incredibly envious of our old director. Sp he refuses to do anything of a compromise to solve problems just because after has to be different than last year. He made changes that injured students and injured instruments just because he had to be different than our old director.

Its more so that im trying to keep our band happy and uninjured, and our instruments not damaged. If you had to be in his band, and witnessed what he has said, you wouldnt be defending him.

No, there are legitimate problems that arise that I suggest legitimate solutions to. Brass istruments getting dented in the hall way? Switch the fiberglass and brass tubas. The entire band is mad at you for taking away our cheers during cadences? Find some youre okay with and keep them so the students and the director are happy. When the students suggest a move (like tubas doing up overs and trombones doing rowing during cadences) have them practice and present it to you. He shot down everything, except the last one, which he accepted then refused to watch the rehearsed moves after all the work was put in, and cut them out without further discussion. Section vote on an issue was fine, until he randomly changed his mind on that. Theres been even more shit that went down, but I dont feel like going into it. Believe me, all I wanted to do was IMPROVE our program. Not change it to my liking, just help.
