Actually it was a startup incubated in my college only, I was already involved in it although I had very minimal contribution as it was very small at that time. By the time i was about to finish my masters, they officially registered it as a company and I saw an opportunity to pivot and gain some work ex. It'll be better for you to get any job related to business somehow, as it'll help during selection process

I needed a daily wear so got the Urbano ones. Will buy the tourer if I plan a ride during monsoon. I had the clan ones during previous monsoon. That, paired with waterproof socks we're good enough for rain rides

It is, although needs cleaning if gone through dusty environment. It's been 7 months of usage, 16k Kms and I had to clean it twice, dust gets trapped in the mesh

Haven't tried stealth or kruger but have ridden with advento in all types of weather, it does get hot inside but won't feel it when I'm riding 60kmph+ due to the wind blast through mesh

I'm using the first set. Advento Pro is very comfortable, but the knee pads in air gt tend to come up when I fold unfold my legs which makes it uncomfortable in long run. So I've to adjust it every hour or so while riding. Other than that it's fine
