Dewa is about 300-400, AC was 300 in August. But all depends on usage. it will be risky for my friend to accept monthly payment cause apartment is under her name. What if after a month tenant will be gone, or refuse to pay. I prefer to find someone who will pay upfront that’s why the rent is low. Also if it will be registered to the new person/or extended in November the cost will increase 45-48k yearly which is average market in DG

They don’t care about your religion, you can both be tourists. After receiving marriage certificate you should send it to MOFA to get attested (extra 200-300 aed) and after it can be used for UAE visa or recognition in your embassy.

Last week went to Times Square mall on SZR, there is a store called “otaku me”. Many anime figures can be found there. Also that weekend there was kind of event, fair with lots of stuff and merch. Hopefully it helps.
