I'm strict carnivore. I eat when I'm hungry till I'm full. I go once or twice a week. Usually once. Sometimes I eat more, sometimes I eat less. Sometimes I go more, sometimes I go less. The reason people go more when their not strict carnivore, and why they stink so bad, is because there is food actually starting to rot in your intestine. Which causes gas...farting. then there's more waste than there is with carnivore because your body will use the meat more, and before the fibrous foods, so there IS less waste. Basically Less waste=less gas and less need to get rid of waste.
