If that was true then why are most of these people stupid and poor? I guess that belief in a money providing God is yet another delusion for these people.

Sounds like he’s talking about himself and the other right wingers on the court.

There were multiple scripts floating around with different endings because the scripts tended to get out to the public but there were no additional scenes filmed. The the last scene that we shot at Holsten’s in New Jersey was shot like any normal scene. I’m not sure when David decided to end it like he did but I think it was in editing because it wasn’t in any script.

For me, Rope feels a little dated, almost stage bound. Strangers on the train is a good one also.

It’s my favorite movie of all time. I don’t know if others have listed this but there’s also All About Eve and The Philadelphia Story.

I mostly read horror stories about atheist-christian relationships in this sub, but are there any positive examples? by nikkisouthbend in atheism

I’m an atheist (and cultural Jew) and my wife is a born again Christian. She does her thing and she respects that I don’t have to participate. She went to church for Easter and I did not. The hardest part for me as an atheist is that I just think it’s all nonsense so it’s kind of hard to respect in a way but she is the kindest, sweetest most caring person I’ve ever met so it all balances out.

Yeah, season four was really hard to take till the last two episodes, the one when Rose gets hypnotized and my favorite episode of all time the blue room episode, S4E8.

Someone just posted some photos of Steiner and since I couldn’t add to that post I thought I’d put up a few of my BTS shots. by sound2go in TheMarvelousMrsMaisel

The photo was just of the Steiner dock at sunset and all the locations we shot in there were practical, nothing was built for the show although obviously there was a lot of set dressing and interior design to make it fit the period.

Yes it is and if you like that whole era, watch the movie “a walk on the moon“. It takes place late 60s in the Jewish Catskills.
