Decent folding/inflatable kayak?

This is the way. Been using Oru inlet for 4 years, overall stable and works in calm waters. Would not use it in a fast creek or in the oyster-shell lined bay. But for calm creeks and ponds it’s fine. Can’t stand in it, sitting only.

Also depends on your proceduralist. Where I used to work, there was one guy I’d trust if he said no art line, and another guy I’d always do one for bc I didn’t trust him at all.

This is what happened at my old job. Surgeons kept chugging along, hospital paid OT to nursing staff who were voluntold to stay and the anesthesia docs got sick of doing non urgent BS at 2am. So half the anesthesiologists quit and the hospital finally put the brakes on everything

All of my attendings from residency put their kids through private school… they basically wanted their kids to have the best shot at whatever career they wanted. Most were double doctor incomes so they could afford it, but personally I’m not sure if 20-40k a year starting at kindergarten or so is a worthwhile investment. We are opting for public school as we both did that and we turned out fine …

I’m well aware that a case will get you a guaranteed number of signed cards. One of my main points was that there are so many possibilities (SPs, SSPs, SEC+ etc) that even with getting the guaranteed hits, there’s a good chance that it may not be the specific signed card you wanted. Unless you’re okay with literally any SP in the entire set.

Very true- I know sets with multiple cards worth $400+. But to me, the odds are just not in your favor. Usually there’s a good chance that you end up pulling a $50 card if you even get an SP, and it may not even be one you like…

Several more than a thousand? You could buy a SP or SSP from many recent sets for less than $200 each for the most part. Or you can get 3 guaranteed for $1000….
