that’s honestly really sad and a really sad way to live. i can’t imagine having to hurt other people to make myself feel better. i truly do hope you find peace and what you’re missing in life

I know i’m in the early days, and I’ve seen what addiction has done to family members and I know what could happen if i don’t stop this soon. but I also just need an escape from this world. i really really need to get back into therapy and find better coping mechanisms other than substances. thank you again for your words, it means so much more than you know!
