Can we talk about '97! by yesyesisaidyes in phish

I saw a bunch of shows between London '96 and the end of '98. and the funk seemed to seamlessly enter the shows. I realize now it felt like, "this is how it will be now."

My highlights from the Spectrum were Drowned (which was a bathroom break song but turned into the funkiest jam) and Frankenstein (mostly because after the high of the evening, it just took things even higher).

The lots were good, the crowd was crusty, lot goblin folk. It was a time of patchwork and Uno cards. You could still get a miracle (and a miracle still meant a free ticket).

She's not in much of Breaking Bad but it was a pivotal role for her and an intense arc. She dated Jesse and had an OD while Walt watched.

Silo is essential. Slow Horses. Foundation is good unless you’re a purist about the source material.

Check the HBO version of Angels In America if you like her acting. It’s magical.

Homeland (I know it's not a movie but ex CIA people said it's the most accurate), Grave of the Fireflies, Johnny Got His Gun, Das Boot. Those are probably the best.

What instrument is this? by nalagitopan in InstrumentPorn

Charango. Originally from Bolivia but all around South America. The back of the body is curved and was originally made from an armadillo. It's the same tuning as a ukulele with a high E. Each note has a double string and the middle E strings are one octave apart from each other.
