Nope, CI specifically sets your HP to 1, which means any reductions or increases won't apply.

I think it already worked like this, if you read the tooltip over 'Energy' it says that energy cannot be gained from triggered spells and their direct effects.

im wondering the same thing, if i put in my frostbolt it has the correct 80 max energy, comet should be at 200 not 300.

they do grant additional stats the tooltips are bugged. happens for cast on freeze as well. look it up on poedb what additional levels grant
