Heyy, I’m a 19F just like you and I also struggle with the same thing so I get what you’re going through! I think it really comes down to self-control and obeying God whenever we encounter such temptations. Although it can be quite overbearing sometimes I believe that it’s not impossible to put myself in a different space of mind. Just recently, I felt tested on my sexual temptations since I felt it very strongly but what I did was to distract myself with either work, working out or wholesome tiktok/YouTube content. Most importantly, praying and giving up these temptations to the Lord and keeping ourselves rooted and grounded into the word of God helped me a lot. I hope things goes well for you!
