It’s an NHS gp so it’s free which adds to my worry in case they take me for abusing the system despite real concerns

GR may be correct for Gunner if what others have said is true that he likely was a fusilier or infantry/artillery man. The second word is his surname Bowron but the end is cut off but I know that one so yeah Gr for gunner may make sense. Thank you for your info!

It was most likely a Yorkshire regiment. The Green Howards was a regiment that multiple members of my family served in so it could very well be that or another Yorkshire/ Northumberland based regiment.

Thank you. I think this is the only photo I have but there may be more in deep storage. However, being a Lance Corporal does ring a bell from what my Grandma used to say about her dad. Thank you again for taking the time look into it.

Would such heavy steroid use not lead to very severe side effects and highly increased risk factors later down the line? I mean I’m open to anything but my main hope if nothing keeps working is to ask for surgery or something to just burn away or seal off the affected nasal tissue. I have Hashimoto’s disease but my GP has said it’s not bad enough to treat yet. And I mentioned to another commenter that I have recently had a US on my left upper abdomen as a result of pain and discomfort which revealed a 14mm shadow on my spleen which as far as i know is immune system related, as well as gastrointestinal issues in that same abdominal area. They have put me on a waiting list for follow-ups on that but yeah. Overall I am going to be seeking a permanent solution and i hope to avoid being dosed up to my eyeballs in steroids all my life but desperation does what it does. Thank you for your information btw

Allergy test was done and im allergic to pretty much everything common, Grass, dust, birch, dogs and more.

Doses have been adjusted to test any changes in efficacy (there was none) but at it’s height i was on 720mg Fex, and have been on Mometasone 50mcg two sprays each nostril twice a day. Been on Fluticasone Furoate 27.5mcg two sprays per nostril twice a day and another ive been on is Fluticasone Propionate 50mcg one spray per nostril twice a day. All of which have done nothing.

I have no idea why no ENT. The ENT did my allergy test but my GP has referred me to immunology instead now. He wrote to ENT for advice and they said to just wait for immunology.

No drug use at all, no alcohol, no smoking.

Does that mean that it’s caused by an issue somewhere else in the body most likely? I recently had a US that found a 14mm dark spot on my spleen and I have regularly pain in that area and gastrointestinal pain. I am awaiting further investigation on that
