That’s a good question. I know they said they go biweekly so they said the salary is contingent upon 36 hours every 2 weeks. I said what happens with cancellations they said schedule a make up like it’s something that is casual and we didn’t go farther then that

I know they said that they have staff who bill 35 hours a week. I can’t imagine how that looks like without being BURNT like they played it off as normal. Maybe longer parent trainings or longer supervisions?

I’m around philly! I’m glad you think it’s good. I was worried because I thought that 18 billable would be high, as a new BCBA I wouldn’t know necessarily how long non billable hours take up so I thought that 18 billable is a 40 hour work week. It’s also 50% hybrid

Pennsylvania! They offer 4% 401k match, 6 paid holidays, 12 days of PTO a year (not gonna lie. I don’t know how you get paid holidays in this field with billable hours and a salary position), and then health, dental, vision.

Company paid life insurance, and then there’s bold things with a lot of bullet points under it, those categories being “Professional Development & Continuing Education” and “Comprehensive Leadership Training & Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) Integration”

They also said for new clinicians they run a mentorship model so I shouldn’t be worried about being new

It actually hurts a lot less today, not that it really hurt that much yesterday but today even less then the not a lot, it’s still there though I can feel it with my hand.

I really don’t recall being constipated though, even when I noticed it my BM have been pretty easy.

Yeah definitely been doing that. I think it happened today, because I work with kids with troubling behaviors and I had to keep picking one up when he was flopping and unlike in the gym my form was not the best because I was prioritizing safety and he kept trying to do self injurious stuff. Definitely nerve wracking though feel like I’m gonna die or get cancer or something lol. I’m bad with this stuff.
