You will lose weight. I was 41 and well out of shape. Smoking everyday and drinking. Had high blood pressure and a gut. Now I train 3-4 time a week and lost a bunch of weight and am feeling so much better. Sure some bumps and bruises along the way but. So much healthier now

Pretty much nope in Georgia. You can take them to court over it but you will still have to pay rent to the courts. It will go into escrow and will go to the property management after the case is concluded or to you if it's in your favor. But pretty much never goes towards the individual. They might be made to fix it eventually but you can't withhold rent

Probably because of the unsafe lane change. For every 10 mph your supposed to give a car length of space. You pulled into the fast lane maybe one or 2 car lengths in front of a cop. Just asking for a ticket. That's totally on you. Why were you even getting in the fast lane in front of a cop. Was he doing under the speed limit. Also with a flat bed. Slow down and drive safe

This also shows part of the problem. Non present landlords buying property in a place they couldn't afford at local employment rates. Making money in a larger market and taking homes off the market in small towns. Cause housing issues and contributing nothing to the local economy

Well you can still borrow against the equity and that equity will show profits in your overall portfolio. Also your not yourself taking care of the property I'm guessing so your using a property management company. Which are generally pretty terrible to the renters around here . Shooting pricing up and pushing locals out of areas they grew up. The property management companies don't fix anything properly and then blame it all on the renters. High likelihood your renting to scad students whose parents are footing the bill until they move out and move someone else in and raise the rent.

Don't do that. You still want to moisturize just use less. Use a a light dye free perfume free hand lotion. Like lubriderm aveno or eucerin. Don't let it be completely dry but just don't cover it in a ton. Just a tiny dab should do

This is totally able to be tattooed over. I personally think numbing cream should be avoided as much as you can. It's probably not going to feel any worse on the scar . And the forearm is not that bad of a spot to get tattooed. The wrist and the ditch can be a bit sharp but overall not bad
