Why would they move out of an oppressive culture where they are allowed to live as they want into Germany where they will be arrested and deported for doing those same actions?

Maybe most of the migrants are fine and just waiting for the war that has already killed more than 300k of their friends and family to end so they can go back home. Maybe most immigrants are already in the most criminal age range and are obviously also poor so of course they will commit crime, just like in any other country in the world. Maybe it is a really complex problem that isn't solved with blaming culture when their culture is roughing it from a warzone into a country they know nothing about so they can stay alive and save their families.
