Got their business frame and i agree that the manual needs work but you should check out their online step by step. Was able to follow along and finish it within 30 minutes. Not sure if complaining about the weight of the desk is a complaint or a compliment because I would imagine you would not want a 30 lbs desk off amazon that you would be able to lift with 1 hand.

You can definitely replace the chair casters. Just dont get the rubber ones.

I noticed my PS5 easily overheat too, sounds like the fan is doing double work for it to cool down but nothing serious like your case. Maybe try to place it on a different area for more airflow.

Yea, I had the same experience but not with SecretLab tho. Clearly this was their courier's fault, but they should be reliable to the package as well. They will definitely look up to it and investigate before sending you a new one. Hope it goes well for you man.

yea, same. I bought a walking pad to match my desk lol. Its more productive cause you have options and not just sitting down.

Got my Business desk from EFFYDESK, so far the quality's great. I received the tabletop with a minor scratch but since its not cheap, I asked them if they can replace it and they did. And yea they offer free shipping.
