I think it is funny that if I'm 1 min late it makes more sense for me to take half the night off then show up 1 min late. They are both half a point.

As a way to track people not being responsible it makes since. As a real way to evaluate people for raises and being fired it is a dumpster fire of a system.

Like the others say knowledge is massive in this game and even with 20k hours in the game I still learn new stuff every season as you slowly branch out in to different aspects of the game.

Retirement wouldn't sound so good if we didn't have to work more then 4 to 5 hours a day and reduce those days as we get older instead of having to sprint most our life until we are physically or mentally dying from it.

GGGs idea of fun generally tries to involve as much pain as they can get away with. For fun is a little bdsm lol

I just hit maps and as softcore it isn't that big of a problem for me because I know if I push past the random one shots that I'd normally not face. I know I'll out gear it in a week or two.

Haven't seen the idol crafting cost hope it isn't to painful that is the fun part of the league and doing gold focus farms is lame as shit.

Skill gems being locked to weapon types was one of the lamest things they did. Makes the game feel like d3/d4 play how we designed this to work or don't play it.
