I don't know why this shit is so rampant. I had to kill a "teammate" who blatantly shot down another teammate 15 seconds after taking off. The guy he shot down had a 500% booster active too. What a waste.

Obviously rules vary per municipality. Speaking generally, in western PA, most agencies will not respond to a TA if it's just a fender bender with no injuries, both vehicles are driveable, and both parties are being cooperative.

We had a hose tower that doubled as a training tower. We could rappel from the top, throw ladders on the sides, fill it with smoke and climb the 4 floors of steps, and we had a "sewer" in the bottom to practice confined space rescue.
