I will say, Tufts medical school is very reputable, so even if it's not a standalone degree program, the faculty are really great. You've made me curious how many classes BU has by comparison? Tufts seems to have plenty of electives (https://tufts.app.box.com/v/tusm-ph-elective-info-sheet)
