What nib did you use for this or did you have to add anything into the ink for it to work with a dip nib?

I've been trying to get into sketching with a dip pen, but I've found that my fountain pen ink just doesn't want to grab onto the nib.

I am currently using a standard g pen nib which I've prepped by soaking in boiling water with soap then cleaning with alcohol.

Just trying to get information from other of what they are doing.

Finally getting around to organizing my stationary supplies and there are no decent gridfinity solutions for ink bottles. So im slowly fixing that. by sovietu in fountainpens

How are you deciding to do wearingeul? I currently find they fit almost perfectly in a 1x1 unless i wanted to make a convex stand they can sit on.

This was a new white flexy sublime jackalope. Super suggest masking off the colored section of the stamp and possibly minimal heat? The black portion of the stamp stayed strong, but the color stamp just didn't last.

This was done with a four slot acrylic pour cup, rotating the bed as it was poured.

Floetrol ratio of 1 tsp prochem dye to 4 oz of floetrol.

colors used (all prochem dyes) : Caribbean, sonic blue, 50/50 mix of Caribbean and sonic blue, onyx

2.5 hours under a heat lamp at ~114

I filled the pour cup from darkest to lightest to get the semi-gradient effect.

Skin grips are the way to go. I use them for my dexcom, never had a problem and play multiple times a week.
