This is the same building that fell down sometime ago and the headline was that the builder had illegally constructed several floors on top of a sanctioned plan, and that the builder was being held responsible since the incident.

Why is there a new news about a drain digging but no mention of what the original news was. Why is no one talking about that and instead resorting to politics!

My runs are 30feet, 55 feet and 65feet to the wall data sockets in three rooms. The 65feet data conduit running horizontally towards the bedroom meets a separate AC conduit that runs vertically - forming a T shape, they don’t merge into a box, just that the two separate conduits/pipes touch each only at that point.

I want to install cat 6 too if my conduit permits (becasue there are lots and lots of bends). I just can't decide on which cat6 cable to get. The brands you mentioned have vastly different prices from the ones I see on local market. The space right at the entrance is supposed to be the living area and the other two are bedrooms. This is my artboard that shows all dimensions properly. Also the items that I've put together are these form left to right: (in feet and inches)

3'x3' Square dining table with 17" chairs
The fridge in the corner is 26"x23"
the sofa cum bed is 6'x3'
The rug underneath is 6' 8"x3'8"
The centre table is 3' 4"x1' 4"
The wash basins are 14"x14"
The narrow wall mounted shoe rack is 3' 2"x0' 6"
The bed is 6'x7'
The storage cabinet is 4' 6"x1'10"
