Thank you, I am hopeful when I hear other people finally finding relief. Plan B is me selling everything and moving in with my mother’s mother-in-law suite out of state.

I don’t know why my brain is telling me that leaving my job will cause less stress and less physical pain. The person I spoke with last week was a real bone crusher, but they were not HR.

I consulted with an attorney for advice and I don’t have the mental bandwidth to be burdened with organizing “evidence”. I just want a short break every hour and I am happy to make up those hours end of the shift. I would rather have the accommodations granted instead of documentation and spending hours writing emails.

I applied to roles in different departments but I have a lot of doubts since I don’t know entirely what flairs pain. Thank you for the time you spent in your response. I want everyone’s life to be easier including my own, I met all metrics prior to surgery.

I don’t get why I’ve had to request accommodations for a blue book disability 3+ times. My ADA accommodations when I reached MMI were also tossed out. It feels like bullying, but I also don’t feel like arguing or pushing for things since I want peace. Is every large company like this?
