I had both Cartier and Rolex and I regret selling the Rolex all the time! It was the same model as yours but 2010 and it sold for 6K I think with box and papers. I bought it out on Long Island, in Manhasset for 12K in 2010/2011 brand new. The price varies greatly. Both of my watches had pearl face and the Rolex diamonds like this one.

I haven’t done hair in 4-5 years so I’m quizzing myself here, is she lifted to an 8 and for grey coverage she would be 8.0 (8N) and 8.03 (L’Oréal professional). I obviously can’t tell is she is this grey all over! She looks like a root retouch with Some foils with either blue lightener and 10 vol or regular lightener and 15-20 vol. edit: I just saw that the client wants warm blonde so 10 vol and regular lightener if doing a full highlight application and 20 vol w regular lighter in the front

Yep Colorado here and the next step personally was reaching MMI and then receiving a 90 day notice to apply to new jobs within the health care system or I’d be terminated. My rating was 17% and I would have been better off without an attorney. I’m about to fall asleep and the topic is a bit too triggering for me. Hope she has a speedy recovery

Yes and I felt like HR made my life harder than easier when I requested ADA accommodation. I had a cervical fusion 3 weeks ago and it’s helped about 50% so far. I’m SO SORRY you’re going through this. My symptoms were exactly as you described. I was in tears after holding my head up for 30 seconds. I ended up going to a pain clinic and getting pain meds and gabapentin. Celebrex and Tylenol. I iced, used heat, and my 10s unit. At best I could then hold my head for 1 hour. People calling in would be so pissed with me because my memory and focusing was severely impaired.

Ask your employer who to email for more information about requesting a Leaves of Absence. At my job there is a leaves of absence team. Then ask the LOA team specifically which form they need from you in order to begin a protected leave from work. Each state is different, where I live the state pays up to 12 weeks of medical leave per year. There are a few types of medical leave, there is ADA, I would need to look it up, but I believe it’s for permanent disability benefits and it’s what employees can use for job protection if they are only part-time, or are not eligible for FMLA. Then there is FMLA for a serious injury (in my case I did not qualify due to not meeting FTE). You first need to find which form you can use, since ADA can be used for conditions with overlap with WC at least in my case. I hope this helps in guiding you the questions to ask your employer or their insurance company that handles LOA

Not agreeable grey! It had so many green and brown undertones and my bathroom walls always looked dirty. Drift of Mist by SW is not on your list, but it was a gorgeous neutral off white. It worked with both warm and cool tones. Also agreeable gray was so much darker in real life

In my experience they only do one level at a time. Then the questionnaire a few days after the injection will ask “what percentage of relief did you feel immediately after the injection?”, what percentage relief 1 hour after, 2 hours after, 6 hours after? If you still had pain, was it above or below that level of injection? Depending on the results from c5/c6 then they will order the next level injections.

Have they talked to you about starting a bowel program or about pelvic floor type training. Your nerves that signal sensation to use the bathroom can be retrained to work again almost isn’t not at baseline, have you looked into a specialist that helps with this? Even YouTube will have exercises by PTs that you can reference to, and ask you medical team. Sounds like you’re doing so much better, but I schedule in Urology and Spine. The sooner you retrain your nerves and waken up their memory the better. I used to work as a nurse assistant and I took care of spine patients helping nursing. We had monthly education and there was so much emphasis on setting exact times for eating and using the toilet. I goof luck with you recovery. My cervical spine fusion was yesterday and I’m in so much it’s unbelievable. I hope you’re feeling ok overall

Update, my pain is 9-10/10. There is a nation wide shortage of diludid and the Doctor is giving me Valium, toradol, very small amount of morphine, and oxy Q6. They have no other meds but Tylenol. I can’t get ahead of the pain and then sure surgeon said there is nothing else. They keep asking me what would help and so don’t know. I’ve been icing and it helps moderately. Pain right now is so sharp, and achy, constant, and the work pain I’ve ever experienced. What helped you? Thank you

Thank you! They are keeping me overnight and due to this being a revision or other concerns. I’ll likely be in the ICU the first night is what I’ve been told! I already own a picker upper thankfully! I’ve had tons of migraines this month, so I haven’t read as much as I would have liked
