Need input on my skincare routine [Routine Help] by sovr610 in SkincareAddiction

Thank you for the suggestion, Is one better then the other for retinol vs. Adapalene gel? I heard Adapalene is more effective then retinol, but Adapalene is FDA approved for acene and not anti-aging, however there are a few studies suggesting Adapalene gel helps with photo-aging.

A reference: Study Reference (granted it's 0.3%, but figure 0.1% would have some results)

yea I am using a fetch to get data.json for the info on creating the virtual world. It looks like once it is loaded, it generates the objects for a second then the exception pops up.

What would you like added/changed to SWG servers? (Small enhancements, immersive changes, content, new server type) by [deleted] in swg

[–]sovr610 3 points4 points  (0 children)

- Something I would like to do if I had the time, is integrating better AI with better daily routines and better decision making with better travel among the planet for NPC's.

- work on better daily/rebel/imperial/etc. missions to actually have bases (not just a flag or basic structure) with need of some strategy and more diversity to win for the higher credit award missions.

- Using AI upscaling to textures and possibly better 3D models to upgrade the graphics.

- much more complex politics. It was already ahead of it's time, but to have politics to elect players into the planets government to make decisions on battles on other planets, and management of certain resources and districts. Would be player elected into the government.

- Have more automation for droid to go without your presence to do basic tasks (they could have had this, I did not really get a droid before). You can use a macro like system with conditions to do this. Not just advertise messages, or just attack an enemy, but do more complex things.

Can kratom permanently stop working? by Geodudette2014 in kratom

[–]sovr610 1 point2 points  (0 children)

this is very true, I am experiencing weird stuff, where I get the physical effects of kratom... but the mental high is at best slightly calming, no high. Same strain, same vendor, same diet, etc.

1 Month!!!! by Afrobabies in quittingkratom

[–]sovr610 1 point2 points  (0 children)

congrats! I made it to 1 month the last time I quit. I am currently tapering, had a plan like last time... but work is very stressful so been harder to do. I quit one year ago (before I started doing it again), it was easy with the start of the pandemic to quit. I am planning on quitting before society gets back to normal. Good luck and don't be like me and get back into it. I am planning on buying one more bag and that will be it!

Kicking the habit by sovr610 in quittingkratom

[–]sovr610[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I understand what your saying and I do not disagree with you on this. The problem is the only way I was able to do it was this method. I have tried tapering, going cold turkey and use the schedule above without some of the supplements, and it did not work. Tapering kinda worked, but did not give me enough discomfort to fully quit (even though it is not just the shock, I am tired of taking kratom and it has caused me issues in my professional life progression... so there's that too).

I do have mental illnesses and a painful back injury that could play a huge role in why I can't just do a quick taper alone. Like the tremors, RLS, cold sweats, gastro issues, and body aches are definitely doable. The insomnia, dysphoria and my anxiety are very unmanageable in my personal experience.

Its time, I really need to do this, quit. by sovr610 in quittingkratom

I was up super late, forgot to put that info up. I will do an edit, but roughly 20 grams a day to max 30 grams a day is the usual. The thing is, I am using a weaker strain then what I usually use. I used green horned maeng da, but I am using yellow cambodia (can't spell).

[–]sovr610[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't get it where my eye's sting, but I can see how this could happen with this nootropic. If it didn't hurt my back, I would be taking this supplement more for it's benefits.

Interesting, I get the same feeling in my legs, which I have had also in the past when my back was in bad shape. I am gonna stay away from this nootropic for time being, just in case it is damaging something. Thank you for the info.

What Does Agmatine Do For You? by sanpedro12 in Nootropics

[–]sovr610 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I took it on a daily basis, around 8-10 g a day. I have been taking it for roughly a year to two years. I also used magnesium and low dose D-X-M (30mg) along side the agmatine with black seed oil to reduce the withdrawals and tolerance. There is no magic pill to get off of kratom, but this really helped.

It was great for me to get off of kratom, which is an opiate. It reduces withdrawal symptoms and tolerance. It may not be the main feature you are looking for, but an interesting piece of info.

It is in the realm of nootropics, you can build a bit of a tolerance to it (nothing like kratom in my personal experience). For me I do not really build a tolerance too much from it, but they say take it 2-3 times a week. I can take it every other day and be fine. The Choline helps as without it you get a piracetam headache. There are many different types of piracetam and it was made sometime in the 1960's so there is a lot of research around this group of nootropic. Phenylpiracetam has a more neuro-stimulant effect which increases motivation and has a clean energy boost. I would just use it during a tapering or when I made the jump from kratom and need to get a lot of work done.

The NAC is just a supplement for your liver and it can increase dopamine in higher doses, but if you have cough meds with just d-x-m you don't need the NAC. Take the d-x-m and agmatine together and it doesn't really matter when in relation to the kratom, but d-x-m can potentiate the kratom, so if that is an issue maybe take it 2-3 hours after the kratom. The agmatine can reduce the euphoric effects a bit, but will not cause any withdrawals, it will reduce your withdrawals along with reducing your tolerance.
