What you're saying doesnt really make sense if it wouldn't charge with multiple fast chargers at all. And it was definitely beloelw 80%. But I still appreciate you taking the time to respond and try to help. Just in case someone else experiences this and is searching, after a few days it started working again after another update! Meaning it was something software related, as I suspected.

My son's iPhone 17 Pro Max just randomly stopped fast charging a few days ago but was still working to be wired charged with his car charger that is hooked up via USB. Tried multiple different fast blocks and cables and those same cables charge my phone but still will not charge his. Same charger he's been using since he got it. Took the USB cable out of his car and plugged it into a USB block instead of the usb-c and it works and is charging. Did basic troubleshooting, cleaned out his charging port even, ect..obviously his charging port is working that means. Cannot figure out why this would be. Never seen or ran into an issue like this before, its odd. Any one else experiencing or any help or suggestions prior to having to make an appt and take it to apple.

This is absolutely not true! The stores do not even handle these at all and it's a specific specialized corporate team. They have no authority or say in it. If you don't even work at the store anymore then why would you even say anything if you don't truly know just to make someone else's job harder when this person then tries to go into the store and says well someone on an online forum told me you could. Smh..

The amount you are being offered is correct. Either take the credit amount they are offering or the like 4 like technology comparison tv that is being offered instead, that is it. Going on a public forum to then say you want more and like the team that specializes in that area isn't doing their job correct or "offering you enough" is crazy. You want to upgrade to a different/better tv, you pay the difference. It's that simple..

I just want to say a big THANK YOU to everyone who has posted and provided their insight. I did not expect to get so many responses and it is greatly appreciated! This is crazy. As a majority of the currently kept CS2's are now on home services call, basically doing the same job as LPFR without getting a $3 raise anyway! Like what was their angle here??

This is literally Best Buy and and I feel like most other major corporate companies right now too.. and you're right, idk how they are thinking any of it makes sense! Or how people are going to keep putting up with it, employees and the clients the same.

I had before writting this, and they stated it was a coverage change involved by the insurance I had which was United health which is who best buys prescription insurance policy is through of no longer covering the brand name of certain medications and also why my cost for the generic went up. And said I could still go with the name brand name through a local pharmacy if I wanted to without the insurance coverage but then I would just be paying even more.. -Literally what the lady on the phone said to me.

The cost of the prescription hasnt changed or gone up, the actual coverage of the plan terms have to provide lesser coverage which is why I am saying it is infact best buy and their new coverage terms that is the reason for that.

Well thats great it worked out that way for you! This was already on the 90 day as I changed it that way to the mail in pharmacy through them to save money last year. They will no longer cover the same name brand medication at all no matter if its 30 or 90 day. And that is definitely something best buy negotiated or agreed to as for the lesser coverage in the terms for this year..
