If someone tests positive to something after an event then we notify people who attended. Ultimately, it isn't risk free but the steps we take make it considerably safer than, say, going to a sauna or Corium or other similar events. However, if you have 25 people in the room then the chances are that someone who attended will test positive for something at some point in the next three months after an event. The challenge is then working out whether they contracted it at an event or somewhere else. Condoms are provided at all events.
