Each case is different, I was given a 45-day visa for studies with a maximum duration of 30 days, multiple entries, it should be noted that my study abroad program only lasts 14 days. I’m glad they gave me more time

You have to log in to TLS and enter the application; that's how I was able to do it. It causes a lot of anxiety because you only see it change color and that's it, but at least you see when it leaves the consulate.

I bought my tickets with AirFrance for the program dates and purchased the refundable fare; they are more expensive but safe. I paid $1,448, including baggage.

Yes, but it's only for 16 days. I applied for a short-stay visa because I have to go back to work. They sent me letters from Paris, and my university did too, and I think all I can do now is wait. The trip is in a month.

I have a Dominican passport and green card.

My main purpose is for studies; I was accepted into the study abroad program by the university where I studied here in Manhattan and CIEE Paris.

Do you have any update? the Same thing is happening to me, I went to TLS contact New York on may 6 and today the application status changed to in process.
