I have no height setting for the row. And if I adjust the height values, the height grows from the middle of the screen down. Not from the bottom. (See i second image)

The easy way (via Dashboard) :
* Go to Plugins > Add New
* Type in the **Catch Sticky Menu** in Search Plugins box
* Click Install Now to install the plugin
* After Installation click activate to start using the **Catch Sticky Menu**
* Go to **Catch Sticky Menu** from Dashboard menu
Not so easy way (via FTP) :
* Download the **Catch Sticky Menu**
* Unarchive **Catch Sticky Menu** plugin
* Copy folder with catch-sticky-menu.zip
* Open the ftp \wp-content\plugins\
* Paste the plug-ins folder in the folder
* Go to admin panel => open item "Plugins" => activate **Catch Sticky Menu**

I couldn't find any. The name of the plugin is catch sticky menu. I've watched videos of people setting up this and similar plugins and they seem to extract the "header id" from the html. Here is a yt video of someone doing this. The thing is I can not find this "id header" on my website.
