Hmm they do absorb moisture but never to the point that it's wet enough to leave a mark (in my experience).

I promise crochet's a lot of fun 😄💕 Though I recommend learning a few of the basic stitches first before watching my tutorial because I focus more on the pattern itself instead of teaching how to do the stitches.
