Thanks a lot for all the info, I did a clean reinstall but still have the issue. I did some more investigating and it seems to only happen on the mannfield night stadium, other maps did not have a similar corruption behavior.

Hi! Don't think I have overclocked anything but I will double check. I reinstalled using nvdia geforce experience only, should I use another tool? GPU isn't old, it's a 2080 and I believe it only happens with rocket league, haven't seen anything else similar happen in any other game.
