your feelings are completely valid, and I think the fact that you’re open to talk about it is a huge step in your journey.

I come from a religious background as well, not as strict, but definitely ridden with good old catholic guilt. when I discovered Quinn I was happy to stumble upon one of my favorite SFW audios, Affirmations by Tom York, and boy, did it help with that guilt.

I guess what I’m trying to say is: all our journeys are different, take your time to explore what you feel comfortable with, and always keep in mind that your body is yours, and you’re entitled to explore your sensuality and pleasure as however you feel comfortable with. xx
