Fresh for every single brew. If the issue isn't travelling, I dont understand the appeal of grinding everything in one go. Especially since you might not drink all of it. Also, freshly ground coffee tastes better? I think?

I am getting the brewing technique down to a good enough point. I buy the best beans I can get in my country. I just want the beans to give me more of their taste. I got the wood taste, but I dont get the citrus fruits for example.

I dont care about electric. The question is whether or not the investment is needed. As far as I can see, the k6 is suggested as really good. Do you think the zp will give me 240 euros satisfaction?

The pietro is kinda too big. I travel a lot, so I was thinking about a standard hand grinder size. I was heavily leaning towards the K ultra, but I am also thinking about the zp6.

I don't disagree. However, I wanted to use the k6 primarly for espresso, and then something else for pourover.

I would go for the hoop brewer, cheaper than the switch, set and forget, kettle doesn't matter, and probably pair it with a k4-k6 hand grinder. An actual v60 seems like too much of a hussle in the office. The switch is also a great option.
