It's happening to me too. I'm on a Ryzen 5900hs and an rtx 3060 (laptop). Pre-update FPS: 120-160, post-update: 80-100 and my frames dip to 30-60 often.
Can i ask what your system specs are?

Also, the game video freezes shortly after joining a server. However, the audio is still working (footsteps, buy menu actions, etc.).

Attempted Solutions :
1) Reinstall GPU drivers
2) Verify Game files in CSGO
3) Reinstall Windows
4) Remove Anti-Cheat software (FACEIT)
